               The Board of Directors of the Leyden Rock Metropolitan District will hold its Annual Meeting pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), C.R.S., on March 19th, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. The Annual Meeting is open to the public.

The Annual Meeting will include a discussion of the status of public infrastructure projects, a presentation about the District's outstanding debt, if any, and a presentation of the District's current financial statements.  There will also be an open forum to provide members of the public an opportunity to ask questions about the District. 

While a quorum of the Board may be in attendance at the Annual Meeting, no deliberations or decisions will be conducted by the Board of Directors during the meeting.
